The SkiErg can be used for both double pole and classic alternating arm technique.The Performance monitor of Concept 2 SkiErg is sophisticated but easy to use, can access your output, monitor your progress and compare your scores with others. It also has an advanced performance monitor, the PM5.
The SkiErg can be either wall mounted or used with a floor stand.To optimize the usage of space, wall mounting is the best compact position, however, with floor stand, comes along anti-skid deck and castor wheels which help in easy mobility of the machine at the place of your convenience. Either way, the SkiErg is easy to assemble.
